Christy-Faith is an education expert with over 20 years of professional experience in K-college academics and administration. She has trained teachers, mentored parents, and instructed and guided a wide variety of students, including those who are gifted, individuals with wide ranges of challenges/diagnoses, differently wired learners, and those who are twice exceptional (2E). After beginning her education career in the classroom and as a private tutor, she and her husband established one of the most successful private learning centers in the country. Christy had an awakening to the value of homeschooling that profoundly transformed her perspective on educating children. They sold the learning center, and now she applies her deep experience in education to advocate for homeschooling and help and encourage countless homeschool parents – both new and veteran – to take the leap, remain steadfast, and re-vitalize their purpose. When she’s not encouraging parents on social media, Christy advises them within her flourishing Thrive Homeschool Community, her podcast The Christy-Faith Show, and writing. All while imperfectly educating her four "endlessly entertaining" children alongside her husband, Scott, in Colorado.
