About this listen
There was once a dragon called Jasper who wasn’t like the other dragons. Jasper couldn’t breathe fire.
Whenever he tried, great big jets of water flew out of his mouth instead.
Meet Jasper. He's an unusual dragon who breathes water instead of fire. Jasper likes to be helpful, but sadly things don't always go to plan. He becomes very lonely when he can’t join in on the fun that the fire breathing dragons have with the people of Huffenpuffen Valley. In this heartwarming tale, Jasper finds his own way to help others. Everyone realises Jasper is special because he’s unique.
Jasper the Firefighting Dragon encourages children to find their place in the world and accept others who may be different. It is a story about friendship, which may help children starting nursery or school.
This fun story is ideal for girls and boys aged between three to seven years.

The children were enchanted!
We already have a copy of Jasper the Firefighting Dragon as a paperback book, so we listened to the audio while looking at the pictures. My youngest (nearly 2) loved the bell sound to turn the page and my 3 year old felt very grown up that she didn’t have to be told when to turn the page.
The music enhances to the overall feel. Very happy and can’t wait to hear the other books on audio too.
