fantstiic listen
Loved the book. I come from a family with traditions into practicing different holistic health approaches and my parents were into hardcore (intense and continuous) fasting, which I also tried to get into at times, but I always found it hard to do, despite the health benefits. This book provides a system that everyone can easily integrate in their daily life, easy to understand and implement

Great series. Be warned the disks are very, very hard to get out. Have a disk you don't care about to loosen up the pages/folders.
Like Breaking Bad with weed and the lovely actress and supporting cast

BEST AUDIO BOOK...
Knowledge is power we can never read to much or have the information on hand to look up for a refresher then a good book.Enjoy able pleasure reading! really enjoyed lot which quoted in it.
