About this listen
I'd do anything to save my brother. So when I discover Madame Alexa's Virgin Auction by accident, it feels like the answer to everything. Auction off the one thing that's still mine to give.
It's just sex.
It's just my virginity.
But now I'm backstage, looking like a version of myself I don't recognize. I'm trussed up and exposed in every possible way. Suddenly, the curtains open and I'm on stage.
But when I see his eyes, I decide maybe this isn't so bad after all . . .
Contains mature themes.

Ok-ish
I’ve sat through this story and to be honest, as was bored. Not my thing. Mom appreciated it. Not sure why the Greek accents sounds like comedy Transylvanian accents.

Worth reading.
This is the first book of Carmen's I've come across and it's actually a good book.
Is it a favourite of mine??
No it's not, but it's definitely worth buying and reading about this unorthodox pairing and they fall in love with each other, even though from the start of was nothing more than a business arrangement as such!!
After all who expects to fall in love in the manner of their meeting??
And Amaya isn't the only woman with whom he has a contract of intent, as she soon finds out.
Although love isn't what this was supposed to be about, but that's the way of contracts, if you're not careful you can breach the terms laid out and that's when things go wrong!!
But what of the other contract, when family can end up hurt too?? When your actions can cause pain and loss of everything they've strived towards?? What path will you take??
These questions and their answers you'll only find out if you read the book.
However when it comes to the audio, I'd advise against it!!
The narrator is one I've never come across before. Her name is Eva Caine and I won't say that she's great, because I personally don't think she is.
Her accents are spot on, I just don't get a feel for her!! She might as well be reading out my shopping list for the warmth she puts in this.
Now I know there will be those out there that wouldn't agree with me and that's fine, but this is MY review.
So I definitely recommend the book, but I'd say pass on the audio 👎👎
