Excellent book for anyone who has known there's something deeper possible in intimate relationship, but have never been able to articulate what that is, or known how to obtain it. This book will tell you how to start moving beyond ordinary relating and into a much deeper, more fulfilling and nourishing intimate connection.
The narration is also excellent.

I think I got the gist of what this book was trying to say, but they did not make it easy to digest and I really think they simplified humans and emotions into a few stages. the whole concept seemed rather dated, almost like the 1950s mentality. I got to about 80% of the way through and stopped, it's not for me.
