事業がなくなるときはケースバイケースだけど、自然消滅パターンが一番多い。飽きちゃって力が入らなくなって、関わってきた人たちも僕のやる気の低下とともにモチベーション下がっていって終わり。自分が飽きるってことは世間も飽きてる可能性が高いと、僕はポジティブに考えてる。 あとは、採算の問題もある。これ以上ずるずるやっても最終的に損しかしないってことで、損切です。かつてやっていた飲食業の場合は、僕が最初に見誤った部分があって、すいぶん撤退した。内装に2000万円かけたけど、このまま経営していくと赤が増えていくだけだから、2000万円は捨てたと思って、閉じちゃいましょ。って感じでズバズバと……。 こういうのは潔くやらないといけないんだけど、僕は未練たらたらでした。やっぱりその店で働く人たちがいて、お客さんとして来てくれる人たちがいて、固定客も少しずつできてきたなかで、少なくともその瞬間はその人たちの居場所になっていたわけで。そこを閉じちゃうのはつらい決断でした。（本文より） 家入一真　「家入学級」はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/ieiri.html
