this is a good chair exercise book to listen to

After listening to this senior fitness guide in-depth, I feel so inspired and really well-equipped to enter an active lifestyle. Excellent resource with exercise programs

This is an excellent resource for anyone wanting to explore balance and chair yoga exercises. The book is a 2-in-1, where book 1 covers balance exercises for seniors, including exercises ranging from seated exercises, standing exercises, walking exercises, floor exercises, core exercises, and vestibular exercises. The book is comprehensive in terms of exercises, and it also contains two 30-day, 10-minute workout plans, which I found very useful! Book 2 covers chair yoga exercises, starting with warmup and mobility, then cardio and muscular endurance, core, lower and upper body, stretching, and flexibility. This second book also includes a workout plan, which makes it very easy to get started and stay on track - highly recommended if you are interested in implementing balance and chair yoga exercises into your daily routine.

Great exercises for older adults

I’v been looking for a safe but effective fitness routine that I could do easily at home, so I was very happy to find this audiobook! I like that I can listen to this while I’m working out as all the exercises are really well explained. Since doing these exercises I have felt stronger, more flexible and overall more confident!
