If you need to calm your mind quickly, reduce your cortisol like me then mediation is great. guided meditation is my preference and this 10 minute session is excellent and easy to fit into my daily schedule. Each time I reach a very deep state of relaxation and feel refreshed shortly afterwards.

Could not be mindful at all in this clip, all I was thinking how creepy and brainwashing the clip sounds. With its high pitch music, and his pedantically deep voice.
