ヴィンチェンツォとチャヨンはそれを阻止すべく、真の会長の脱税や不正行為を曝こうと動いていた。味方だと思っていた人物から裏切られるなどの妨害にあいながらも、ヴィンチェンツォとチャヨン、クムガ・プラザの住人たちは協力して奔走する。
そんな中、ヴィンチェンツォにとってかけがえのない存在である女性が殺害される。
