About this listen
There are some phobias that are completely accepted by western society. The fear of spiders, heights, small spaces and public speaking are all looked upon as common phobias. However, mentioning the fear of driving can often leave a person feeling stigmatized and alone with their anxieties. How can someone be afraid of something millions of people do every day without thinking twice, some might ask.
Often, the stigma from friends and family can be much worse than the actual fear of getting behind the wheel - especially if you are forced to rely on others to get around. Many will never have to confront their fears if they live in a city that provides substantial public transportation. Others resign their independence, pride and dignity by never confronting this phobia. Yes, mental barriers can be that strong - as anyone with a driving fear would know. This affirmations guide will help you break the thought patterns and beliefs that keep you from living an independent life.

A great confidence booster
I love this audio book. It really helped my confidence. If you don't have a lot of confidence in driving or want to learn this is for you. Repeated listening is best, there are also good hints and tips to try as well. Don't let anybody, most of all yourself put you off anything you want to do. Ultimately it helped me pass my driving test first time at the end of last year. Brilliant!
