Excellent!
Really good if you want to be gently guided to make changes in your life but find it hard to relax. I sleep better and have noticed positive changes in my mind set.

Meditation
I felt listening to this Solfeggio meditation tape so relaxing and helpful. I gave 5 stars for story but felt it that, although it wasn’t a story, what Glen Harrold did say I really imagined everything. Thank you I always feel so much more relaxed listening to any of his tapes.

Sublime - a holiday for the soul
The voice is so soothing and takes me to another place, rightly or wrongly I listen while taking my daily walk along the sea. I feel only mildly drowsy but am fully conscious. Walking IS a meditation and I sometimes find it easier to absorb subliminal sounds.

So very good...
Another fine recording on offer from Glenn Harrold. It offers the potential of being guided on a truly relaxing and beautiful inner journey. As with any hypnotherapy/meditation practice, the quality of the experience partially relies upon the listeners willingness and ability to follow suggestions and allow the journey to unfold, and this makes it easier and more pleasant than many. This series really does offer more than most. The blend of sound, suggestion and imagery can work wonders. Highly recommended.

Didn’t work work me
I found the singing very disturbing and irritating. I find his sleeping hypnosis tapes very effective but this didn’t work for me.
