Brings out your self worth

I never would have thought meditation can be such an effective strategy. These soothing sound effects really calm you down, i'm not sure how the narrator makes this wonderful music but they sound fabulous. I bet this audiobook could do wonders for stress and anxiety. Its such a good job i think i'm going to play this every day to calm down and get into the zone. I'm not sure if anyone else will discuss this for the review, but it really allowed me to use my imagination as every detail unfolds. I picture trees and all sorts of wonderful scenery. I'll be honest, i don't think i've understood meditation before, but this feel really good.

Spectacular!

My favourite component of this audiobook is the meditations that create a space for the listener to feel seen and understood. Different themes are covered from embracing bodily changes to finding inner strength and balance during menopause. I highly recommend!

So soothing

The narrator's voice was so calming and soothing. This was a great thing to listen to as I was falling asleep. It made me fall asleep with a smile on my face since it was so encouraging. I try to always start and end my days with something positive and encouraging, and this was the perfect thing.

A well-made guide through a difficult time

I think "A Black Woman’s Guide to Menopause Meditations" by Jasmine Wright is a fantastic audiobook that offers a lot of value to its listeners. It seemed to me that the book is really well-crafted to meet the needs of Black women going through menopause. I felt like the topics discussed were very relevant and inclusive - they addressed the unique challenges with a lot of sensitivity and understanding.

The narrator's voice was both soothing and empowering. It makes the listening experience very calming and comforting. I was impressed by how the meditations were designed to be easy to follow and could easily fit into a daily routine, which I think is super helpful for the listeners.

I believe this audiobook provides an excellent source of support and empowerment for Black women navigating through menopause. Yes, it helps in dealing with physical changes, but it also can help women find emotional strength and community understanding.
