Summary
Jacob Malecki killed fifteen people over a thirteen-year period.
At the height of the murders, Dr. Jo McCready was at university and, as an exercise, compiled a profile of Malecki, which broke open the case and helped send him down for life.
Twenty-five years later a copycat killer is re-creating his murders. What's more, Malecki offers to help the police catch him from his own prison cell.

Best Crime series ever
stumbled across these books and addicted. the series is so well written and the way book ended was epic!! I was shouted at my phone lol . if you love crime series but find some others too far fetched or too lovey dovey read these books, they are the right balance of escapism with a hint of a love story along with good old fashioned crime!!

I really line these books a good listen!
Lesley has done it again! A great listen like how the stories continue in each book you feel you know the characters. Lesley do another book you write them really well just brilliant 😊

Jo McCready leads the enquiry again
l admit Lesley writes an absolutely fantastic psychopath , the police proceed with Jo guidance to solve the crimes. As a reader you become immersed in Jo's world, seeing it, smelling it, feeling it. An intelligent novel and a superb read.

Much better read than previous book
I nearly didn’t download this book as the reader didn’t do well with the last, sounded like she was in a race to finish. Pace so much better with this book.

Highly recommended!
Loved the technological input into this one, and a new sexy character into the play! Yet another book which I couldn’t stop listening to until I got the the end. Love them Lesley!
