About this listen
I don't have time for mysterious strangers. Even the really hot ones.
I met him in a bar the night before I left to move across the country - and I never expected to see him again.
But then he followed me....
It would be creepy if he was just a stalker - but he’s not. He’s a protector, shielding me from a group of nutjobs who believe in dragons.
He saved my life - but now it’s my turn.
And apparently, the nutjobs aren’t wrong. Dragons are real.
And I hold the key to saving them all.

HOT & FAST MOVING IN ALL ASPECTS
I recieved The Dragon's Sacred Mate boxset for Free to Give My True & Honest Review
But as I was slow in reading & leaving my reviews I brought the individual audios.
And it started practically as fast moving as it ended.
Where Matthew a Paleontologist who'd been trying to get physically into the work force until the night that he actually met Reece the old dragon Shifter who as soon as he sees & sents Matthew that's he's a Sacred Omega & he's going to have to keep him safe, not expecting him to go on a dig especially one of Reece's kind.
Things move so fast for them especially in the bedroom but then I found some comical moments when they become ATTACHED 😘
But things don't go down as easy or simply when they find out who is financing the expanse dig.
Fantastic book

Thoroughly enjoyable
As usual, Jill Haven and Austin Bates provide sturdy world building while sustaining an engaging storyline. My first time listening to JK Frysta and I really feel he rendered a stellar performance. Looking forward to the next in the series.

Yes, I still like dragon tales
I haven't read or listened to a paranormal book about dragons for while and I thought this book was a good introduction to a new series.
I understand some people felt that many questions were left unanswered but I felt there is enough dragon world building for me to want more. I also, I liked Matt and Reece and the the band of friends that have built around them.
I am willing to give book 2 a go.
It is the first time that I have listened to J.K.Frysta and he is now added to my to listened to list.

Dragon’s new beginnings
The nerdy scientist and an old dragon. Unusual circumstances happen when a sacred omega(clueless of his status) is found by a powerful dragon. I like the world the authors build upon dragons and humans, as well as wolves. It’s a new beginning for the species. Sweet and awesome.

I just had an issue with the one voice
Overall I enjoyed the story. It wasn't just cut and dry, it had depth and a real story. My major issue was with Reece's monotone voice and old world vernacular. I would assume a dragon hiding out as a human would have updated his vocabulary in the last few hundred years as to not stand out. Especially using contractions. It was super annoying to me the entire time.
