Get past the first chapter of explanation which was great, (but im a experiential learner), and into the interventions and links between soul and body, and it's a fantastic journey of discovery. Another great book from the wonderful man.

Who can ever tire of listening to Deepak Chopras voice. Beautiful ideas, lightly, respectfully and eloquently delivered. I have not yet encountered a more compelling speaker, advocating for spiritual living. I am grateful Dr. Chopra shares his time and thoughts with us this way.

Was really looking forward to this but very disappointed. Boring delivery and nothing that hasn’t been said a lot better before. In these troubled times surely we can have wisdom shared more engagingly and relatable.
