Highly Recommend!

I have been teetering on the edge of peri-menopause for a little while now so I was looking for something that would provide me with information to help me through this next chapter in life. This book has it all - so much information is packed in an easy-to-understand way. I found the narration calm and relaxing and the information is divided up in such a way that it's quick to find. I will definitely be referring back to this book for a few years! Highly recommend.

Empowering guide to balancing hormones

This is a fantastic resource for women going through menopause, but I would also add this is a great resource for anyone supporting women they know as well. The author does a great job of taking science based tactics, and presenting them in an easy to implement manner. Being a health nut, I particularly liked the part on what nutrition can do to support women going through this change. Overall, fantastic job! Highly recommend.

great

the advice in this book has really helped my mother in law. She was experiencing terrible hear flashes and the remedies in here helped her be more comfortable on a daily basis. I'm amazed this book has helped her as much as it has and it's only been a week.

MENOPAUSE

I am not a woman but, i do have a wife who is over 50. Well written by Oliver and well audibled by Janice. This book covers alot of ground at over 5hrs long. Over an hour is devoted Getting "Hangry", Sleep is covered and their is a Bonus 7 Day Meal plan for Menopause nutrtition.

Very Informative

It's amazing how much material the author managed to fit into one book. There are themes to help you identify what may be going wrong for you, such as diet, exercise, stress, and even myths. It's a fascinating book and really simple to listen to.

Perfect for natural hormonal regulation

I decided to listen to this book to find out more information on how to balance hormones for women going through menopause. As a personal trainer I have clients who are going through this stage of there life and are seeking natural solutions to help manage it. I was not disappointed with my decision, as Oliver has covered every aspect of the subject, from what menopause is right through to natural remedies and nutrition plans to manage it. I liked the chapter on addressing why you go through so much hell, such as hot flushes and mood swings, as this has given me a better understanding of what my female clients are going through. The bonus chapter at the end was gold, giving you a 7-day meal plan specifically for women going through menopause. Combined with the recommended natural remedies and a tailored exercise plan, your symptoms are sure to improve dramatically. Overall, an informative and helpful book!
