About this listen
Gorgeous. Sweet. Funny. He made me feel things that I've never felt before. In just one short week over Spring Break, I began to fall in love. That is until it all fell apart. Now, here I am, three years later and I've moved on, at least that's what I told myself until he came crashing back into my life. Things have changed. I've changed, and there's something he doesn't know.
He wants me to give us another chance. I try to fight it, but it's not long before all of those same old feelings come rushing back. I know he feels it, too. I can see it every time he looks at me. I can feel it every time he touches me.
It feels like I'm missing something though, like there's something that he's not telling me. Something that has the potential to tear it all apart. After all, it's not easy when you fall in love with your best friends' father. I didn't stand a chance after we met.

poor writing
low quality romance. talks of all deeply in love but there is no descriptions and interactions between the characters that convey this. it was hyper speed- meet, in love. then a big falling out that would emote a ton of feelings but it is just left and barely mentioned and then they see each other again and wham all is forgiven the next day. I know it is fiction and made up but there is a lot lacking in the writing to really have the reader believing what the story is saying. it could probably do with a a few thousand extra words to fully conplete the story.

Personally…
I was very upset about the main character forgiving her baby daddy. Who would so easily forget such blatant disregard of baby?? Such betrayal. I just feel like not many women would be so quick to forgive. It put me off. His explanation for his behaviour was really trash and she was so quick to forgive:
