All I ask is part of a multiple book series which I listened to as a standalone. But at no point did I not understand what was going on or who people were.
Princess Isabella of Montignac gets away from the stress of royalty by escaping to a paradise beach resort. Here, she meets Tate, brother of the hotel owner and environmental lawyer, a man who comes in handy after Isabella gets arrested.
This story was so unique and light hearted, it was a really refreshing read. Isabella was a brilliant character with a 'Bridget Jones clumsy' kind of feel. She's a very strong heroine and her relationship with hero Tate was an interesting read.
Narrator Crystal Elm did a great job bringing the story to life and keeping it going. She kept me engaged and interested throughout the audiobook.
I also loved hearing about the other characters in this book and do look forward to reading about them in the future. I've not read any other books by Tamara Lush before but am definitely planning to in the future.
