This is a wonderful audiobook for parents. It teaches you a number of strategies, techniques and tips about how to calm down, figure out why and when you are upset and how best to deal with your children in those situations, The nice thing is that the audiobook does it in a way that allows you to feel no shame as a parent. The narrator is calm and positive and I loved the British accent. Overall, great listen for parents who struggle with anger or for anyone who really wants to learn some technicques how to manage anger. Five stars all the way!!
