I am highly impressed with this book. It's an "easy to listen" book that makes sense to the reader and it's practical advice for anyone no matter what your lifestyle or background. If the Listener is willing to listen to this book and pay attention to the advice they can only benefit from the advice and it comes with worksheet-style activities to help get to the root cause of the problem.

This book would make an excellent reference tool for Coaches and anyone who works in the mental health profession but it's equally great for a person who is trying to work through personal anger issues on their own.
