Treasure trove of insights
Just got through Anxious Attachment No More and, man, it really opened my eyes! This book gets into all the brainy stuff behind why we act all clingy or weird in relationships and makes it super easy to get. It’s like having a lightbulb moment when you finally figure out why you do the things you do when dating or with friends. The way the book explains things is like they’re talking right to you, not like some high-and-mighty expert, but more like a friend who gets it. And they don’t just throw science at you; they give you real, doable tips to help sort out your feelings and fix up your relationships. After finishing the book, I feel like I’ve got a way better handle on my own feelings and how to deal with them without freaking out or pushing people away. If you’re someone who gets super anxious in your relationships or just wants to understand why people act the way they do, this book is a game-changer. Really glad I picked it up, totally worth the time!

How to understand yourself with Psychology
This book was very enlightening. The author explains how psychology is directly related to personal growth, behavior, and relationships. This book also explains the link between early instruction from parents and incorporating that into fulfilling relationships. One thing that really stuck out in this book for me was dealing with anxiousness and what happens to your inner psyche when you fall in love. Very informative book
