The Colour of the Angels
This was certainly an eye-opening audiobook. I admit that I don't know much about the subject before but have always heard people talking about guardian angels. I found it very interesting that different angels have different colour auras. The guided meditations were also very positive. I listened to it was my mother and we both found it very interesting.

Very helpful

Fascinating
This is a fascinating listen, although I didn't know much about the subject it had me intregued.there are easy to follow exercises, mantras, and affirmations to transform your negative energy and have a more positive outlook on life. fascinating guided meditation and ways to keep that daily positive energy. Great listen if you're into the spiritual side of things in life

Therapeutic
The introduction to the topic is ok and non-religious. Chapters are about 10 minutes maximum and all titled. The best part is the techniques that can be practiced daily for few minutes. It also has a 14 minute meditation in one chapter with no background music (you can play your own music).
On the whole it is a comforting and therapeutic listening.
