Get the audio. Put yourself in session with Fred and wake up. Do it. Stop vacilating. You can waste decades studying texts and hanging out with gurus. Listening to maddening pointers that don't make sense.

I'm not convinced because the performance was distracting. It was over dramatised and insincere. Also the mis-pronunciation was annoying. The story had good new perspectives.

The narration is cringe worthy. She seems to think she's narrating a children's book. My perception of the content may have been colored by this but I found it very entry-level and naive. Not to the level of Fred's videos I've seen. Maybe this was just not the one for me.
