The right book at the right time
What I like about Evy Pompouras' approach is that the purpose of "reading" (understanding) other people through their actions, gestures and words, is to create a better situation and improve relationships.
This book is extremely articulate, has a lot of useful information and puts many things into perspective. This is not the kind of book I usually read, but it's straight to the point, no bullshit information.
There is a lot of effort in here and I think the author did not have an easy job translating her secret service work into everyday issues and approaches at work and at home. It shows that she lives by those principles.
I will buy the printed book as well to have it in my library. There are passages that I definitely want to revisit in the future to make sure they stick.
The narration is done by the author and it is really good.

Highly motivating.
Evy makes you feel like you can do anything. Although she comes across as inherently tough, she also brings the tools that anyone can learn and use to make lifes challenges easier.
