This book is exactly what I needed to quiet my mind before bed. Way Easier to get to Sleep
I've had bad insomnia for years, and with my work becoming more stressful the last few weeks I've had an even harder time getting to sleep. When I try to watch tv or actually read a book to help I just end up staying up even later. I tried out this audiobook and I'm so glad I did. Not only is listening to this audiobook soothing, but it takes you back to a time when you were a little kid being read to at night, and seems to get my body all ready for sleep. It's been a few nights in a row now and I am so much more rested than I had been. For people who have tried other tactics and failed to get to sleep, this should be something you try.

Helps me calm down and fall asleep
Listening to this really helps my mind stop racing so I can fall asleep. I absolutely love the short stories and the positve affirmations and meditations are very powerful.This has defintiely had a positive impact on my life!
