I bought this as soon as I saw it was endorsed by Aubrey Marcus - that said to me it was always going to be the real deal and it was. With channelled audio I know I can let it run through the night while I doze to it and if it's good it will take me to places. I let it run until 4am then went to sleep. I say sleep the space I was in was dreamlike but also a fairly stable environment with constant themes in it that felt quite powerful/important if marginally dark and intense. An interesting, powerful experience that left me with food for thought about my future believing i should perhaps be exploring ideas I thought were long buried. I'm sure I'll do a lot more work with both the book and the author in the future. 5 stars ✨

Paul Selig's channeling of the Guides consistently delivers fresh insights and a natural progression from previous texts, leaving me excited to start the next book. Listening to these teachings helps me stay aligned with a higher vibration while keeping my small self in check.

Well presented and articulated

I liked the narration; nice and slow. It is still immensley difficult to comprehend though! A bit too 'serious' for my taste: I prefer my spirituality to have a bit more levity to it. Interesting though.

Long and abstruse

Convoluted . Perhaps due to possible copyrights infringements, but the "guides" use hundreds of words to express by now quite well understood spiritual ideas, so eloquently & clearly expressed by others before, e.g. Seth. If you can overlook the quite blatant brain washing & hypnotic techniques employed (repetition of mantras from every possible angles ad nauseam ....) then you'll probably realise a few things: 1) it's very New Age 2) teachers in the "UPPER school room" ( under the leadership of ARCH angels no doubt...) actually don't know anywhere as much as Seth for instance or indeed even you, if you're well read. 3) As usual with such books, claims/statements made in one place can & will often contradict claims made elsewhere. For instance, athough they claim that you have a free will & that you absolutely agree or have agreed before birth to everything that will ever have happened to you. However, that agreement happens because a) you give attention something, wanted/unwanted (& you can NOT not give attention to things around you so long that you're alive!) & b) ultimately the God self will over ride your wil & use you as an instrument of the Divine Will if he/she/it chooses so in the the interest of "the common good' - Like the Bible said... as above so below... common interest has been highjacked throughout human history to serve the will & interest of a few. Now you know they were only doing God's Will. Talking of wills, whilst you, the unimportant little self that you are here, won't understand this because you're just a collection of selfish thoughts & concepts, the REAL you wants nothing more really than to be the will of God. Which is just as well, because you came here to serve & serve & serve & serve.
To borrow some words from a critique of Freud's first book: I'll some up this book by saying that it has both good & original ideas. Unfortunately. what is good is not original (everything that's already out there from Seth, to Abraham at al) & what is original is not good (upper room & bloody mantras & pompous overbearing teaching from the 'upper' room)
All IS indeed one & all are equal. But where we are, even in the 'upper' room it seems, some of us are a bit more equal than others, eh, Napoleon?
