Identifying burnout before it takes hold
As with so many of us in the corporate world, identifying and understanding a problem before it takes hold is vital to success, and in this case, staying healthy. I found myself relating to so many ideas and chapiters in this audiobook. Before I even moved on, I listened twice to the chapter on identifying burnout.
I would hate for people to wait and listen to this when it was too late; when they finally realize they are burned out and are suffering with their health and jobs. Listen to this audiobook if you find yourself in any sort of rut; you literally have nothing to loose.

This audible book provides comprehensive information to help you recognize burnout early on, identify your triggers, and practice techniques for reducing the problem. I didn't realize how many physical symptoms are associated with burnout. The strategies for combating burnout include self-awareness, mindfulness, meditation, setting boundaries, and breathing techniques. Physical exercise, good nutrition, and consistent sleep habits can also combat the problem.
I thought the idea of having an accountability partner help you stay on track once you've decided how to eliminate the burnout is a great idea!

Turning my burnout into sucess
I have been so frustrated and angry as of late and when I really looked at what was going on, I realized it was burnout. I do love my job; I get to save little humans. The stress of that in the current climate has been difficult and stressful. This book has really helped me look internally and change how I see the world, reducing my burnout and thereby reducing my anger and frustrations. The book is well written and so easy to follow, and the narrator is great. If you think it may be burnout, grab this book; it really did help me.
