Brendan O'Carroll
About this listen
Brought to you by Penguin.
The very first autobiography from Brendan O'Carroll.
Before he became the nation's favourite Mammy, Brendan O'Carroll was known, simply as Brendan. He's the youngest of eleven children from a poor family in Dublin, he's a boy whose father died when he was just nine years old; he's someone whose hope and determination meant he never gave up. Throughout the tough moments, Brendan always had humour and a good story to tell alongside the ever-guiding inspiration of his own Mammy, a formidable figure who became Ireland's first female Labour MP, all whilst raising eleven children by herself.
Just like the show so brilliantly expresses, Brendan's first autobiography, the real story behind the man who became Mrs Brown, combines uplifting heart, warmth and hilarity.

😂⭐😂 The Brilliant Brendan O’Carrol 🌟🤩🌟!
Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this audiobook, made you feel you feel you were right there with him through all the ups and downs of his personal life that, took a whole lot of guts!! Well done Brendan! It was enjoyable to see how Mrs Brown's Boys was born. In case it is not clear. Myself and my family love you, Mrs Brown’s Boys, the cast and Agnes Brown-The Legend. Look forward to hearing another audiobook and seeing more of Mrs Brown’s Boys. Would have given you more stars than 5 if I could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Heart felt and funny
I’m not a fan of Mrs Brown’s Boys but I am now a fan of Brendan O’Carroll. What an amazing man that has worked so hard to get where he is . He loves his wife and children so much it comes across in every chapter. I have laughed out loud and cried through out this book, brilliant.
