Awesome prep guide
I’m not menopausal or perimenopausal yet, but I listened to this audiobook since it was gifted to me. I'm really glad I did as it had some super helpful info! The audiobook gave me a great preview of what to expect, and I feel way more prepared for the changes I’ll eventually go through. Definitely a valuable listen for anyone getting close to that age and want to be proactive about your health.

Helped me feel less overwhelmed
Lately I’ve been feeling pulled in every direction with work, family, and just trying to take care of myself. I listened to this while driving and it made me feel understood. It talked about things I’m actually going through and gave ideas that felt doable, not just more stuff to add to my list. I’ve started making small changes to protect my time and my peace. It reminded me that I’m allowed to slow down and take care of me too.

Comforting Read for Stress Management
I often feel overwhelmed and exhausted trying to work, spend time with my family, and taking care of myself. I get stressed and it feels like I’m on an emotional roller coaster. This book really spoke to what I’m going through and reminded me that it’s all normal. The advice on stress management feels doable and encouraging, not overwhelming. I’ve started making small shifts in my routine and building better self-care habits—without the guilt, which is such a relief. It’s a comforting and practical read, especially for women navigating menopause.

Comprehensive and uplifting
This book is written by someone who has experienced the perimenopause herself and has researched it an worked as a nutritional therapist to help other women. That shows - you feel you are in safe hands that will guide you to feel calmer and less stressed, not just for now, but for the rest of your life. Liked the narrator too.

Gentle Guidance for a Tough Season
This audiobook feels like a steady hand during a confusing time. I appreciated the part about tracking mood changes alongside diet and sleep since it helped connect patterns I hadn’t noticed. The breathing techniques section, and reminding me abou the 4-7-8 method, was easy to try and actually helped me feel more grounded. I also found the advice on setting boundaries during emotional shifts really practical. The narrator’s voice was calm and soothing, which matched the tone perfectly. It doesn’t solve everything but it offers comfort and tools that feel doable day by day.
