I thought the narrator did a great job in this performance and represented the characters well.
I'm not a huge fan of narrator changes for series, regardless of how much better or worse the second narrator is than the first. This narrator gives just as good a performance, it's just a personal preference to not have narration changes for series with the same characters in every book.
I received a review copy at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.

Cheating Heart is the final book in the Vienna Rossi Paranormal Mystery. While a standalone I recommend reading the other books in the series first. Overall this story was okay. I still find the characters annoying but it may be due to the narration, rather than the characters themselves.
I received this audiobook for free. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed, this is sold as a paranormal mystery, I think that this is really misleading. The first 4.5 hours of the book contain only passing references to the paranormal by mentioning Vienna's spirit guide, Jack, the rest of this section is devoted to the rather melodramatic descriptions of Vienna's love life, she dates two men in quick succession, and of course both of them are drop dead gorgeous with dreamy eyes and so on, in fact all the men except one in the book are 'dreamy' I felt that this part of the book was like a rather cheesy young adult novel.
It was only really in the last hour of the five hours 20 minutes that there was any sort of mystery, and even that I found really disappointing and very superficial. There was more about Vienna and Jack's love for each other than there was about the poor lost soul who was manifesting as a ghost.
The narration was ok, although I thought that the way that Stephanie Quinn voiced the male characters was really odd, in my opinion she would have been far better off just reading all the characters in the same voice.
I need to say now that I really don't like writing reviews like this, but equally I think that it is important to be honest, others may love this book, but I'm afraid that it just wasn't for me, and I can only reflect my own opinions.
Not much mystery
