I really enjoyed the performance of this book by Cynthia Erivo unlike the previous reader. This book was good but I personally didn’t find it as riveting as the other 2. It didn’t feel as complex. I’ve got so many questions like, where’s Roen? What happened to him and will we ever know? Thank you for finishing the trilogy for us. I’m sad it’s come-to an end.

I waited so long for this book and I have to say that it didn’t live up to MY expectation. The story was cool but lacked depth but I’m happy the series is now completed

Disappointing and rushed ending to a much awaited trilogy that had so much potential built up in the previous books.
performance was OK. Difficult to know which character I'm listening about without reading chapter title as there not much diffence in portrayal of the 2 male and 2 female characters.

Roll on the movies! What a world! Tomi Adeyemi has created a world that is so easy to submerge yourself into. This last instalment rounded off the story so well. There’s drama, highs, lows, subtle romance… but it’s the perseverance of some of the main characters that really evoke feelings of pride & inspiration whilst reading the book. “Duty before self!” Oh Inan!
Just read the book! You won’t be disappointed.

Good ending to the trilogy! The narrator has a beautiful tone that’s super easy to listen to. Would have given 5 stars but the pronunciation of the Yoruba words were really poor.

The whole of the three books captures imagination throughout and I would've or could've given it 5 stars across the board but the narrators should've been better prepared.
