Cain never disappoints

I love the Ciaphas Cain books and this one is no exception. The story is a good mix of humor, action and grim darkness. The characters are always fun to hear and i love the style these books are written in.

The voice actors are great as usual and i could not imagine the book without them.

There were one or two mistakes during the performance: the wrong voice used for a character or a he mentioned when it's talking about a female character. They are minor mistakes but i thought i would mention it.

Best book I’ve bought this year and i hope Mr Mitchell writes some more Ciaphas Cain books. I hate for this to be the last one.

Exceptional

As with the whole series, I loved it. Well written, well delivered. I would love it to be turned into a tbh series

A typical ciaphas cain story full of twist and humor. But where is the true danger?? Can’t wait for next episode.

A rollicking good Sci-fi drama

I really like the characters in this continuing Warhammer 40K. Having them brought to life by the excellent cast has only enhanced my enjoyment of this series.

Amberly no longer somberly

Sheesh Amberly being pure savage, if Sulla ever reads this extract, she would be mortified for being called out so many times.
Very, very good book and another brilliant performance by our narrator

More Cain, More Entertainment

We are Aa book 10 and now we start seeing things like:
-Cain encountering eldar
-An ordo Malleus inquistor
-Catachan face-eaters

it just goes to show what the author can do in the setting even within the standard (but still entertaining) Cain formula. Happy to know another release is not far on the horizon

Cain just might be the emperor's choosen

As all the other Cain books this is a superb "read". A mystery that aint all that easy to crack and had me doubting to the end.
