As dated and somewhat francophobic as this story is, it is nonetheless a typical Enid Blyton classic which my daughters aged 7 and 12 love to listen to.

I found it a great book. As a child I listen to it when I go to sleep and it really helps. I love the story line it is full of life and fun great book would defiantly recommend.

I love these adaptations, which are dramatisations of the original books. Beautifully done. Claudine is such a favourite for me, and Antoinette is sweet, also.

This book is sold as an Audiobook and in fact it is a Dramatization. I would not have bought it if I had known, but I cannot get a refund because it was an offer.
The voices are ridiculous, they sound like spoiled 8-years old's, when they are 16-years old in the book. And the books are reduced to one hour each, and only the dialogues are read with just a little of the background story.

If you are looking to the original Enid Byton, this is not it!

I love Enid Blyton stories and (fortunately) so do my children and this audio book lived up to all our expectations. We return to it again and again.
