Very uplifting stuff!
Full of joy and laughter in deep seriousness. Probably very helpful if your facing major life transitions or death among your loved ones.

Not a book.
I didn't get it. I felt like an outsider watching a group of people and trying to understand what they are talking about. This is a series of lectures, I think by more than just Mr Dass because he refers to them occasionally and we of course have no idea. This seems to be between his attendees and him and we, me at least since some people do give this 5stars, are looking in through an open window.
