About this listen
A sexy, small town, opposites attract rom com!
He wears suits and ties. He'll one day inherit a fortune. He has a law degree. He shines his shoes, for God's sake. What is she doing attracted to a guy like him? But she is. She so is.
She drives air boats on the bayou, drinks and cusses, and gives city boys in suits a hard time just for fun. Why can't he get her out of his mind? But he can't. He definitely can't.
A weekend trip to Savannah for a fancy-schmancy party with his highfalutin family is the surefire way to prove that they have nothing in common but intense chemistry. And to maybe scratch this I've-never-wanted-anyone-like-I-want-you itch once or twice. Or five times.
But it takes only about 24 hours for the bayou girl and the city boy to figure out that they don't really know much at all - about each other, or about themselves. And figuring all of this out is going to be downright crazy.

Such a fun listen.
When Crazy Rich Cajuns was first released in Kindle format I was part of the ARC tour, and I loved it. If anything, my love for this story has grown through listening to it brought even more to life by the mad narration skills of Narrated by Jamie Renell and Betsy Moore.
I have been lucky enough to listen to these audiobooks in the correct order and while you can pick it up as a standalone, in order to fully immerse yourself into this crazy world, and the crazy family that are the Landry’s and the Boy’s of The Bayou swamp tour business.
I have to admit to having a real soft spot for Kennedy, and I love the opposites attract relationship between her, and relative newcomer to the Boys Of The Bayou swamp tour business.
I had so many occasions to smile, chuckle and even full on laugh, that I lost count. While the story is not over-run with steamy scenes, the ones that there are get so hot that they would break you thermometer.
Jamie Renell and Betsy Moore both beautifully represented the range of characters and the emotions throughout.
I am desperate for more. I am such a fan of the Landry clan.

Louisana Sizzling 5 Stars
I received this audiobook via a promo code from The Flock at my request and this is my voluntary review.
Book 4 in the series focuses on Kennedy Landry as she drives air boats on the bayou, drinks and cusses and generally runs her families Boys of the Bayou business while bantering with Hot Rich Lawyer & Business partner Bennett. He's obsessed with all things Bayou and the Landry's have become his second home and the hot chemistry he shares with sassy Kennedy being the best part of his week. When the chance to whisk her away to Savannah to explore their connection and make a statement to his Mother & Father that his love of the Bayou is more than a phase, Kennedy is as eager to get Bennett out of her system by enjoying a very carnal long weekend away from the rest of the Landry clan. What they find is a true partnership, and while Bennett might love her for being all things he loves about the Bayou, he becomes the catalyst for her realizing theres more to her drive & passions than just the business, her family and the Bayou.
Narration was fantastic and I really enjoyed this book, I think what I've been loving about this series is the diversity in everyone's stories, from meeting Tori etc in New Orleans to Alligator tagging with Bailey&Chase in book 5, theres never a dull moment and I commend Erin Nicholas for adding so much detail to improve awareness of the real issues affecting the Bayou etc, I had a look into the ecological and environmental issues shortly after listening to this audiobook.

Combustible
I'm not even sure how this is possible.. But I loved this story even more than the previous ones in the series! It even exceeded my expectations, which were sky-high to be honest. I had really been looking forward to Bennett and Kennedys story, and it went above and beyond what I could've ever imagined for them.
The twists and turns throughout Bennett and Kennedys story, while they discover more about not only each other, but themselves as well, is just somehow so realistic and endearing to me. Kennedy is a total badass and I want my own Bennett Baxter now (where can I order one?)
And the narrators.. I swear, each and every time I'm thinking it's the perfect match to the characters, and this one's no different. They did such a great job, I could hardly stop listening when I first started!

My Thoughts on Crazy Rich Cajuns
I am once again wowed by the talent and writing skills of Erin Nicholas. Somehow this series seems to keep getting better and I love the characters more and more. I’ve been looking forward to Kennedy’s book for a while now and it was everything I wanted and more. Kennedy was so much more than I expected. I really loved her development and the unexpected changes in her. And then there was Bennett. He was the perfect example of a hot nerd with brains and a filthy mouth as well. It was so great listening to their banter back and forth as I listened to this audiobook. I got so wrapped up in it all and was smiling in the end.
Another very impressive part of this was the narration. Specifically, Betsy Moore. This was my first book with her and I LOVED her voice. She not only had the perfect sass for Kennedy, but her male voice!!! It needs so many fire emojis and all the exclamation points. From the first few lines she performed I knew she was someone I’d want to hear again, but then when she used her “Bennett voice” I was 1000% sold. I can’t wait to hear more from her in future.

This one is my favourite so far, I want Kennedy as my best friend. The characters were amazing and so full of personality and chemistry and just feel good book to listen to. Brilliant narration just increased how much I loved this book.

Humor and romance
As always, it's great to go back to the bayou. Erin Nicholas does an amazing job with world building and as someone who has read the last 3 books in the series, it is always a pleasure to go back into the Landry fold. I really liked Kennedy- strong but not overwhelming. She's confident and fun and she's written in such a way that she was able to be herself in both Autre but also Bennett's world. Bennett is a lawyer and a part-owner of Boys of the Bayou. He's supposed to be the opposite of Kennedy but their banter, their steamy talking and their general relationship shows that they aren't that different. I loved their interactions and in no way did I think that Bennett ever looked down at Kennedy, even as different as she was to him.
This series has such fantastic characters and builds on the idea of family and close friends supporting each other. I can't wait for the next book!
Narrated by Jamie Renee and Betsy Moore, these two did fantastic! Jamie Renee had a slightly older voice than I would have associated with Bennett but I liked his ability to nuance his voice. Betsy Moore was amazing- I loved how she really played the roles and situations. She made her voice totally scene appropriate and completely drew me in to her telling of the story.

Love it!!!!
This is turning into one of my favorite series of all time! All of the books are a hoot. I love that we get to know different characters in each book. In this one, we get to know more about Bennett and Kennedy. I've been so excited to read about Kennedy. I just love her attitude! She kind of reminds me of Connie from the Stephanie Plum series. She's just so sassy and fiery. I hope to see more of her! I'd love to read like twenty books about her honestly!!!

Great humour
This is a great storyline with so much humour written in to it. I’ve been listening with a massive smile on my face and quite a few laugh out loud moments. With a brilliant performance from both narrators.

My Fav…
This is my favorite book of the series!!! The building up of these two characters in past books definitely help build the excitement for this book and the book itself did not disappoint. I really like how it ended as well. Definitely add this one to your collection!!
