Summary

Enjoy this dark motorcycle club romance from USA Today Bestselling MC romance author Jessica Ames...

Daimon

As Treasurer of the Untamed Sons MC, I don't have time to deal with a bratty kid. Briella is nineteen. I'm thirty-one. I'm too old for her tantrums, but I'm sure there's something more to her acting out than a late teenage rebellion. When I look in her eyes, I see her demons glaring back at me, and I want to know who put them there. I shouldn't be thinking about her at all, but I'm willing to stand against my club brothers and break vows I've made to keep her, but first I have to uncover what she's hiding.

Briella

I've got darkness in my past that I can no longer keep buried. When Daimon finds out the truth, he's going to drop me and run. I shouldn't be falling for my brother's best friend, but I can't stop my feelings from growing. I want him. No, I need him. He's becoming my everything and I have no idea how to be without him. But that choice might not be mine. Once he finds out the truth about me, he's going to walk away because the truth is I'm broken, I'm damaged and my past is coming back to haunt me.

All books in the Untamed Sons universe can be listened to as standalones, but are better enjoyed listened to in order. This is a dark romantic story with a guaranteed happily ever after. It does have some strong language, graphic violence and content that might be triggering.

Great story as ever

Have to say the male vocal was hilarious absolutely hilarious- unsure which accent he was going for but it was an epic fail all around - if you like the author then give it a go but be warned 😄

Love a good age gap MC story!

Jessica Ames continues her Untamed Sons MC with another hit! Daimon is the treasurer of the MC and is tough as nails. When he goes to pick up Levi's sister, Briella, who was in the bar of an enemy biker club, he just thinks she is immature and bratty. But that doesn't stop his attraction to her. There is something about her that draws him in. Briella can't even remember all that happened that night. She is already thinking of the next time she can get a drink to dull her pain. There is so much she is trying to drown out, and despite her attraction to the older, but incredible man, she knows when her past comes out, he would never want her. Little do these two know that their chemistry is so strong, it may be the thing that saves them both. This is filled with darkness, but don't think Ames doesn't let the light shine in. Briella is messed up, and her secrets could blow up the entire club. Daimon is focused on helping and loving Briella. It's a dangerous and gritty story, but has the passion and love that makes it shine. I loved it.

Oliver Highpoint and Rose McMahon bring this gem alive. Highpoint comes through, accent and all, creating a dangerously, grumpy, protective man. Rose McMahon has Briella, a bit lost, becoming stronger and remaining independent. Their voices compliment each other and give the story the flair to make it flow. I enjoyed them together and look forward to future collaborations.

Gripping! D

Daimon, the third book in the Untamed Sons MC, is a well-written age-gap romance. I enjoyed this audiobook. This is what an MC romance should be, not fluff, but gritty, at least a little dark, and supper steamy. The overall storyline and the characters are very well constructed. I was intrigued by Daimon and Briella's journey. Briella's struggles, having to overcome personal torments, addiction, and mental health issues, and Daimon's support made their story even more touching. As for their connection and chemistry, it was palpable and simply sizzling. Together, they were strong, overcoming personal stigmas, learning to grow, and supporting each other.

Oliver Highpoint and Rose McMahon did an exceptional job with the narration. They made the story even more engaging as they slipped into each character and breathed life into them. Daimon was a terrific listen, and I'm eagerly anticipating the next book in the series.

Brutal

These bikers don’t mess around. With a past full of trauma can this guy help his old lady overcome her fears? A great performance.
