DCI Karen Pirie, spezialisiert auf Cold Cases, ist eigentlich wegen eines anderen Falles in der Gegend, doch der Tote im Moor lässt ihr keine Ruhe. Er trägt ein sehr spezielles Paar Nike-Sneakers, eine Sonderanfertigung aus dem Jahr 1995. Und er ist offensichtlich keines natürlichen Todes gestorben...
