Amazing Tool for Stress Relief and Sleep

I’ve struggled with insomnia for years, and this audiobook has been a lifesaver. The deep sleep hypnosis sessions are soothing, and I found the use of the Esdaile state hypnosis particularly effective for relaxing both my body and mind. Your Sleep Problems Will Be Over

Deep Sleep Hypnosis is an upgrade from traditional hypnosis. The author gives an overview and process of the legendary and historical Esdaile State type of hypnosis. The listener will find this to be a deeper and more efficient hypnosis. The author is an expert in his field, and you can tell the passion he has for helping clients. You need this audiobook to prevent or stop waking up in the middle of the night or to help you wake up feeling rested in general. It will help you transform from a stressful life to one of peace. I highly recommend it.

Great book

I've got to tell you about this amazing sleep hypnosis audiobook - it's really changed how I sleep! I know it might sound a bit weird at first - I mean, hypnosis? Really? But trust me on this one. The way the narrator walks you through everything is super easy to follow, and they use these really interesting old relaxation tricks that actually work. Before this, I'd spend hours just lying there, my mind going a million miles an hour. Now, I actually drift off into a proper deep sleep. The best part is how it helps calm down all those annoying thoughts that usually keep me awake at night. If you're sick of lying there counting sheep (we've all been there!), you should give this a try. It's not just another boring "breathe in, breathe out" guide - it's got this cool mix of old and new methods that really helps you zonk out. I wake up feeling so much more refreshed now!

Outstanding New Bedtime Routine

"Deep Sleep Hypnosis - The Esdaile State" is fantastic. The creator is definitely brilliant at understanding sleep issues and how to repair them.
To say I have a sleep issue is an understatement! Super happy to have found this audio book. Excellent sound quality and a great listen.
The Esdaile State, from classic 1800s hypnosis, definitely calms your brain and helps you relax into a great sleep.

Power through your day

I have issues with insomnia. It's hard to get to sleep, and even when I do I wake up knowing that the quality of sleep wasn't great and that my energy levels are already low to start my next day. When I came across this book I know I needed to try it out. While it took a few nights to get used to, and so getting to sleep was still tricky, I cannot explain how much more rested I felt when I woke up. It was like I was finally finding out what sleep is supposed to do for you, and how so many other people get to feel when they wake up in the morning. So far, every morning my energy has been great, and I'm starting the day so much more optimistically than I used to. Even if you might be skeptical of the method, it's worth at least a shot if you have a chance of improving your sleep the way that I have.

Finally found something that works

I got a great night's sleep for the first time in months when I used this audiobook on deep hypnosis. I don't know if it was the hypnosis or the music, but I became very relaxed and fell asleep in less than 20 minutes, although it usually takes me 2 or 3 hours to fall asleep most nights. Today, I turned on just the music to play in the background at work, and I nearly fell asleep on the job because my body seemed to relax immediately when the music started. So, I won't listen at work again, but I'll listen to this audiobook every night at bedtime. Anyone who has a hard time falling asleep and has tried everything else should definitely give this a try.
