Jan Stage (f.1937 - d.2003) var dansk journalist, digter og forfatter. Han debuterede i 1963 med digtsamlingen "I morgen min ven" og har siden skrevet en raekke bøger - både fag- og skønlitteratur. Som journalist rejste Jan Stage ud som korrespondent for Information og senere Politiken, hvor han ofte reporterede fra verdens braendpunkter, som borgerkrigen i Libanon. I sit forfatterskab brugte han sin erfaring som krigsreporter.
