Loving the Santini family!

You never know where love will find you. Farrah is at the vet inquiring about a dog. She is really upset, and is comforted by Max. a boy that is sitting in the waiting room. Soon he finds out that the dog isn't hers, but is the one who accidentally hit the pup. Max praises his father, Nash the vet just as he is coming out and now the story really begins. Instant chemistry, fun and lively banter, falling in love and finding a new path for life are all packed into this novella. It flies by with all the feels. Leslie Pike is a master at creating fabulous characters, and now she has me totally invested in the Santini family. Especially after Max's enlightening description of each, I know I am in for a treat as each book comes out. Loved this quickie.

Lee Samuels and Lucy Rivers narrate this gem to life. Samuels brings all the charm that Nash has. His ability to tune into Nash's feelings is spot on, as he opens his heart and does his best to win her over. Rivers plays the conflict that Farrah is feeling convincingly and she pulls out the feels as she finds her true feelings. Loved this one and can't wait for more.
