30 Jahre ist es her, dass die Berliner Mauer fiel. Eine Mauer, die jahrzehntelang nicht nur das Land teilte, sondern auch das Gesicht der Stadt prägte. Auf der Ostberliner Seite grau und öde, war sie auf der Westberliner Seite vollgekritzelt und bunt. Anfang der 80er-Jahre notierte Hörspielmacher Ronald Steckel jedes Wort, das irgendjemand irgendwann an die Westberliner Mauer geschrieben hatte: Politische, persönliche und gesellschaftskritische Aussagen standen hier unkommentiert nebeneinander. Wolfgang Neuss las, schrie, flüsterte und sang diese Texte ins Mikrofon und machte daraus den beeindruckenden Soundtrack einer geteilten Stadt.
