About this listen

The time has come when the people of Lumnia must unite or be doomed to fall. Ancient foes must become trusted friends if they are to endure. But The Eternal Emperor Shinzan has weapons that have yet to be unleashed. And he will not allow the challenge to his power to go unanswered.

Ethan must now seek out the meaning of the prophecy that has guided his fate. With Kat at his side, they walk fearlessly into the unknown. But ghosts from the past return to haunt them. And their love and devotion will be tested to the very limits of endurance.

Pretty good

Story lost me a bit, in the pacing and content but still a solid story and have got the next already to see how it plays out. Voice acting, already impressive , found new ranges and I thought excellent.

Gets better and better

Each book in this series just seams to get better and better. I can't wait for book 4 to be released. Another great narration. If you are reading this review then make sure you start at book 1 and get ready for a good series.

Didn't end.

I didn't realise that this was just a part of the story and not the whole thing. Still enjoyed it

Not a patch on first two books.

I was really looking forward to this as I enjoyed the first two books but unfortunately I found it a big let down.

The narration was again good but things where let down by the story. There is not much story in this one and what there is is very predictable as well as introducing unlikable characters.

The book also basically ends in what feels like mid story. By that I mean it ends very abruptly in a very unsatisfactory way

I am undecided weather to bother with the forth book after this and going off some of the reviews I've seen I probably won't.

Tedious had to stop

I picked up the series as a couple were free and the others cheap, I now know why. Initially the story had interesting ideas but fell into mundane drivel that was going nowhere. I started book 4 hoping it might expand, nope. Really not good and I think I am being generous with a 2 star.
