Absolutely brilliant!
Fantastic book, excellently read and practical tips. Over the years I'd picked up lots of 'advice' on sleeping but lots of the points to in this book work. After 2 weeks of reading it I'm in bed earlier, sleeping better and waking up refreshed. Lots more for me to do but the points I've followed have worked well.
