About this listen
Fred did something bad.
He didn’t intend to do it, but the destruction of a dungeon core - accident or otherwise - will likely result in horrific consequences for anyone connected with the crime.
And not for just the perpetrators; everyone around them will suffer vengeful retribution from the nearby cores for the unthinkable act.
Knowing that his mistake will end up endangering his new friends, the townspeople of Gatecross, and even his Guild, Core Power, Fred decides to do whatever he can to protect them.
After he absorbed the nature core, he unlocked the ability to establish a territory and create his very own dungeon - a dungeon which will hopefully provide the defense they need to survive against the expected fight to come.
Unfortunately, the nature faction isn’t the only one that learned about Fred’s crime.
The Dungeon Adventurer Syndicate, under the authority of the Craytion Kingdom, has sent a powerful group to investigate....
Contains LitRPG/GameLit elements such as statistics and leveling.
No harems and no profanity.

Brilliant example of how LITRPG should be done.
I started this series with very little expectation, the whole perspective of the narrative seemed strange to me.
I have literally just finished this series and I have to say, it is absolutely incredible. The whole thing is a fascinating delve into the mind of essentially the unsung/invisible elements that comprise some of my favourite games, in various ways!
Extremely well written and thought out!
Incredible work.

Even better than the first.
Completed this in one sitting because it gripped me from start to finish! This is a unique dungeon core story and features loveable characters and a unique core. I'm really interested about how it will end. I particularly like the fact that the skill/point page has it's own chapter which can be skipped if necessary (not that I do but the option is great). I cant wait to listen to the next one.

Rollercoaster
This one had it all. Soaring highs, deep dark lows and every emotion in between. All of this with epic battles as the cherry on top. A great second volume. Can't wait for the next one!

a great sequel
picks up where the first left off, even includes a awesome recap of book 1 which I'm a big fan of...
stat pages are moved to separate chapters for easy skipping.
the story continues naturally, while the meta plot is mentioned enough to be remembered and moved forward without getting in the way of what is happening right now.
i jumped straight into this after book 1 and it didn't outstay it's welcome...
get it now, you will enjoy it if you enjoyed the first one...
Miles Meili continues the same quality performance as book 1, so that can tell you what you want it to...
I enjoyed it though there is certainly room for improvement

Another great delivery
I thoroughly enjoyed three authors take on the story. The possibilities seems limitless, and MC doesn't seem very over powered, as I thought he would have been. Thank you for another great book!

Book 2 in a nice series!
An interesting idea behind how a world and character can be done in litrpg with a decent twist.
This series focus is on the main character that is a "dungeon core(think dungeon keeper)"/adventurer mix in a quest for retribution.
Interesting concept and I quite like the narration, if quite basic, it does what it needs to do.
Book 2 is opening more into the dungeon core bit and the character starts to develop more.

Series progressing well
This book picks up right after the end of the first one, so it is best for potential listeners to check out that one first. This second instalment in the series definitely goes for the escalation of the original series premise with more factions aligning themselves against the main character and his friends. The main character applies his abilities in some unique and interesting ways during this escalation, both from his human and his dungeon aspects, so the personal progression matches the overall world escalation very well.
The narrator does another solid job, nicely enhancing this instalment of the series with their performance.
Overall, a strong sequel to the first book, which you should probably read or listen to before this one.
