About this listen

Do you know who’s listening?

From the minds behind Law & Order comes a razor-sharp thriller about privacy, power, and the people listening in.

When a bombing rocks New York City, former Marine Hunter Stevens and his team at Southerly—a new NSA surveillance program listening to Americans through their smart devices—race to track down those responsible. But when Hunter's daughter vanishes without a trace during the investigation, he makes a desperate choice to exploit the system’s vast surveillance network to find her. The decision sets off a chain reaction—exposing corruption, betrayal, and a deeper conspiracy within Southerly itself. Now a target of his own government, Hunter must outmaneuver the program he helped build to uncover the truth before it’s too late.

Eavesdropper is a propulsive, high-stakes thriller about privacy, power, and the cost of protecting those we love.

Loved the way the characters flowed so naturally could close my eyes and picture it as if on tv love the story line but very disappointed at the length ofthis where is end of story hate being left without knowing if more to come or not was really enjoying and then it’s done please hurry with next part.

Gripping

I love Matt Dillon's voice. But I also liked the characters and the suspense. Well written and presented.

intriguing

I do like the format offered by audible it really is immersive, this story looked like it had it all there, but was left found wanting a little bit at the end. I’m not sure the second part of the story which will be part 2 has that much left to offer? But then I am just a reader not a writer so I’m sure I’m missing something

Story is great but…

but its poorly delivered. some of the characters have character but the main one is single gruff tone thru out, regardless of situation. its a part 1 but not sure I'll get part 2... and I hate leaving stories half completed

24 meets 1984 esque story thats intriguing enough..

I loved everything about this one. Only downside was that it was too short - the story was left hanging at the end a little.

Fantastic narration and gripping storyline

Just ended, is there a sequel? What happened with everything that was happening ? Bit disappointing really

Good

A great storyline, particularly relevant in today’s AI driven world. Listening to this one couldn’t help but imagine what a great TV series this has the potential to be. If there’s any criticism it would be that the ending was bewilderingly abrupt.

Thrilling Storyline
