Big Lessons from Small Journeys.
I’ve never traveled outside my home state. This book made me realize you don’t have to go far to go deep. I learned that mindset matters more than miles traveled. The sloth’s slow journey became a metaphor for the inner journeys we can all take. Now, even small outings feel meaningful.

Finding Yourself Outside Your Comfort Zone
One of the biggest takeaways for me was that stepping out of your routine can reveal strengths you didn’t know you had. That travel doesn’t have to be extreme to be transformative. Even simple, quiet experiences can shift your perspective.

Living With Intention, Not Just Expectation
Instead of approaching travel with a checklist of what to accomplish, this book taught me to focus on how I want to feel in a place. I learned that setting intentions before a trip creates a much richer experience than chasing expectations.
