Extremely helpful book!

I think this book provides good steps for recognizing and altering your thoughts.I found the book very helpful for people that need to record what they feel and think related to depression. it includes very practical exercises to improve the mood from the root!

great to follow.

Full of good information for anyone who is sensitive. Well done and Easy to understand. More information cleared many questions and finally put me at ease with who I am and what I need to do to protect myself.

This book was done very well

If you are someone you know and love has any kind of mental illness this book will give you a lot of insight and help about getting real help. Never be scared to seek out help when needed. This one takes a careful hand and gets you to understand what is really going on.

Excellent source

I am really enjoying this book and am learning a great deal, especially about the Strategies and Techniques , that I never knew before. Makes you feel inspired to keep up on your daily spiritual exercises! Much love and light!

Great one!

This book can really help you know if you are one of the few people and how you can manage and cope the ability you have. A very interesting to listen!This is a fantastic guide in understanding the different levels of empathy and how to deal with it.

Concise, easy to listen resource

The authors has quite obviously put tremendous effort into understanding and explaining mental health and challenges in a way that engages and encourages the listener.. If you’re looking for another way to help manage your mental issues, this book is a great resource.

So helpful book to me! Amazing!

Very brief but has lots of the important information. In this book you know about what is empath. In this book give you some great tips how you overcome your sensitive emotion, and how you strong your felling. So overall this book was so helpful.
