A must read book before you plan any psychedelic trip. Very informative on all aspects of tripping from set, settings, believes,ego, transcendence, gurus and many more. Worth every penny.

I've never read a book like Martin's W. Ball Phd. Extremely unique
I used the guidance in the book, not only for 5-MEO, but for all drugs.
Thanks to the meticulous cutting through spiritual B.S in his book, I was able to navigate all drugs.
It helped me really explore, like a savage, all psychedelic experience.
I was able to smoke DMT while cycling, after getting used to sitting sessions.
Also smoked DMT at friends' places and was able to share all that knowledge with them as well.
And I've never been a DMT user before.
I even knew what to do when I got into another's trip and knew how to handle it!
This wouldn't have been possible without his painstaking work put into writing the books. Word by word.
And thanks to him saying that he got there in 10 years,
I started making plans on how I could make it faster, 'cos I always want to be the best where competition is low.
Not many want to be brutally honest, radically exploring the unknown.
Took me a year just to completely get out of the experience for 15 minutes.
With all the books on internal martial arts and principles on enlightenment I read, that wouldn't have been possible without the guidance of the book.
For me it meant tremendously to have an experience of the absolute even if for a moment, really not an experience, total nothingness.
So after that, I had at least something I could aim for so to speak.
No aim really, but for those who're serious, I think THIS BOOKS IS A MUST.
And that it should be introduced in Psychological Universities as a foundational handbook,
Not to create a religion about it, but for people to know.

The best audio and book I have listened/read
Authentic and No BS on 5 MEO. It came near to describe my indescrible experience of merging with a fractal white light.
The authors understanding supported the two strong messages I received 5 MEO. Firstly, love is all that matters. And secondly, life is God expressing itself in an infinite variety of forms.
I thank the author for his brilliant book. And I am determined reread or listened it many time because there so much to learn and unlearn. Or just be comfortable with not knowing.
