A very informative audiobook that speak directly to the unique challenges of adult ADHD. I personally do not have ADHD but the strategies in this book are helpful to just about anyone who needs help in centering and focusing or who just needs help to control the overwhelm. Which we all deal with, at some point or another. It goes beyond general advice, offering concrete tools for time management, focus, and emotional resilience. Great if you work with someone with ADHD

Lately, I have worked closely with a woman who has ADHD, and I wanted to understand how I could better support her so we can both work effectively.
