Weight loss the right way!

I am sure I am not the only one struggling with weight loss and keeping it off. I found this audiobook that covers everything there is to know about weight loss beyond eating more and moving less. If found this two-book compilation to be extremely easy to follow and the affirmations fun and easy to do daily. Came in as a Beginner, Left Empowered

I had idea what to expect when I picked this up, but after listening, I really think I can make some actual progress on my weight loss journey.
